Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
The Digital Marketer will support the hospital’s marketing and communications team in promoting healthcare services, wellness programs, and community initiatives. The role involves assisting in digital campaigns, managing social media, and analyzing online engagement to enhance the hospital's brand presence and patient outreach

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and health awareness
• Support content creation for hospital websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Help manage online reputation and respond to patient reviews and inquiries under supervision
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics or other tools
• Perform SEO keyword research relevant to healthcare content
• Design simple visuals or edit existing ones for health campaigns (using Canva or similar tools)
• Stay updated on digital trends in healthcare marketing and patient engagement
• Collaborate with departments (like patient care, diagnostics, wellness) to gather stories or updates for digital use
• Qualifications:
• digital marketing, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Healthcare Management
• Interest or background in the healthcare industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, Google Analytics, social media)
• Strong communication and writing skills, especially for health-related topics
• Ability to handle sensitive health information with professionalism and confidentiality
