The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, generating leads, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing marketing efforts. Daily tasks will include creating content, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand growth and engagement. Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Experience: 3 - 6 years (preferred in B2B SaaS/Product companies) About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional with experience in B2B software marketing . The ideal candidate will lead our LinkedIn outreach campaigns and email marketing programs to engage with key buyer personas across target industries. Key Responsibilities: 📌 LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement Identify and connect with target personas (CXOs, Product Managers, HR Leaders, etc.) Personalize messaging and follow-up sequences using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Track outreach metrics (CTR, connection rate, response rate) and continuously optimize 📩 Email Marketing & Automation Segment mailing lists based on ICP, behavior, and funnel stage Create and manage drip campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing workflows Analyze email performance (open rates, CTR, conversion) and optimize content and cadence 💻 Content Collaboration Work with content, sales, and product teams to tailor messaging and campaigns Repurpose content across email, LinkedIn, and landing pages 📊 Marketing Analytics Report on campaign performance using HubSpot/Zoho/other CRM and analytics tools Suggest improvements based on A/B testing and user behavior Key Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in a SaaS/Product company) Proven success in LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns Experience with tools like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, Mailchimp , etc. Strong written communication & messaging skills Knowledge of marketing funnels and persona-based campaigns Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, etc.) Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Basic knowledge of SEO and content strategy Understanding of lead scoring and B2B sales funnels Experience in startup/early-stage product environments Why Join Us?
