Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our digital marketing sales initiatives while managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to drive lead generation, convert prospects, and ensure client retention through effective CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Sales

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital channels.
  • Pitch and sell digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Conduct product demos, sales presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to upsell additional services.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
  • CRM Management
  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately.
  • Segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Work with marketing to launch automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Train team members on best CRM practices and usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing sales or account management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and sales funnels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
