About The Role

• Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions aligned with program learning objectives
• Use the provided curriculum and training content to ensure consistency and learning
  

• Conduct interactive classes, case studies, and project discussions to provide real-world
  

• Motivate and engage learners, track progress, and provide constructive feedback on
  

• Ensure timely evaluation and project reviews as per program requirements.
• Maintain a learner feedback score of 4.2/5 or higher across sessions .
• Be available at least 15 minutes before class to ensure smooth setup and delivery.
• Collaborate with the Training Ops team to confirm schedules, resolve queries, and
  

• Uphold MyCaptain’s values by creating a positive and inspiring learning environment.
  

• 3–5+ years of proven industry experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, Performance
  

• Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding learners in their career journey.
• Ability to simplify complex digital marketing concepts into practical, easy-to-apply
  

• Experience in curriculum design and contributing to course improvements (preferred).
  

• Mode: Online / Offline (depending on role)
• Duration for Offline: 4-hour/session (2 Days - Weekend)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rates
