We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to join our team on a full-time basis at our Indore location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive digital marketing training and mentorship to students, covering topics including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Provide constructive feedback and career guidance to mentees, supporting their professional development and job readiness.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum and training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and services.
• Manage company digital marketing channels, including SEO optimization, content marketing, social media campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or training individuals in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Indore.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
