User Experience Designer

Job Title : UI/UX Designer Company : Hirist Location : Indore (Work from Office) Experience Required : 1+ Years Job Type : Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring an optimal user experience across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketing) to define and implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experience. Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design high-quality UI mockups and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across all products and platforms. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design. Ability to effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders. A solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and your design thinking process. Nice to Have Experience working in an agile product development environment. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better design-developer collaboration. Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and cross-platform design.
