Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, developing course materials, and mentoring students in the fundamentals and advanced concepts of digital marketing. This role requires hands-on expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive training on the fundamentals and advanced concepts of:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
• SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• WordPress Website Development & Management
• Prepare and update lesson plans, assignments, and real-world case studies.
• Guide students in live project execution and digital campaign analysis.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously upgrade training quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Diploma in Digital Marketing from a recognized academy (mandatory or equivalent qualification).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good working knowledge of SEO and WordPress Development.
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
• Willingness to work from office (Perinthalmanna, Kerala).
