Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thanjavur for a Digital Marketing Manager/Executive. We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketing Professional to plan, implement, and manage our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and leads through digital channels including social media, SEO (search Engine Optimization), SEM (search Engine Marketing) , email, and paid advertising.Location: Thanjavur job type : Full - time, Permanent Key Responsibilities:1) Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, AI, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).2)Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.3)Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.4)Create engaging social media content and manage daily posting schedules.5)Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to monitor campaign performance and ROI.6)Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.7)Manage and grow the company’s email marketing campaigns and subscriber base.8)Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.9)Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve marketing strategies.10)Prepare monthly reports on performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign outcomes.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles (1–5 years depending on level).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Salary Range:
