Job Description

About the Role:

Experienced Digital Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize
performance marketing campaigns
(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Develop and implement
SEO & SEM strategies
to increase organic reach and visibility.
Manage
content marketing
including blogs, videos, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Oversee the company's website and ensure
lead capture, tracking, and analytics
.
Design and run
marketing automation campaigns
(WhatsApp, SMS, Email).
Track, analyze, and present campaign performance with actionable insights.
Work closely with sales teams to generate quality leads and conversions.
Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools
.
Proven ability to generate
high-quality leads in real estate marketing
.
Budget management and ROI-focused campaign execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of tools like
HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva
is an advantage.
