WE NEED DATA ENTRY OPERATOR FOR COMPANY ANANTHAM SILKS ,THANJAVUR Responsibilities Inputting and Updating Data: Entering financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and other relevant data, into accounting software or spreadsheets. Maintaining Financial Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Reconciling Accounts: Comparing financial records with bank statements or other sources to identify and resolve discrepancies. Processing Transactions: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including generating invoices and processing payments. Generating Reports: Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, as needed. Verifying Data Accuracy: Checking for errors and inconsistencies in financial data and making necessary corrections. Assisting with Audits: Providing support during financial audits by retrieving and organizing relevant data. Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive financial information. Qualifications ANY DEGREE SKILLS Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in typing and navigating accounting software and spreadsheets. Accounting Knowledge: A basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Attention to Detail: The ability to identify and correct errors in financial data.
