Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and performance-driven marketing. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform campaigns.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X Handel, YouTube and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • SEO and Content Marketing:
  • Oversee the development of SEO-optimized content, including blogs, web pages, and other digital assets.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure messaging aligns with brand goals.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and analyze social media performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Email and CRM Campaigns:
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated sequences.
  • Ensure proper segmentation and targeting to maximize engagement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Partner with sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
  • Budget Management:
  • Allocate and manage budgets for paid campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns stay within allocated spending limits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
