About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who has proven experience in SEO, off-page optimization, Google Ads, and web analytics.
The ideal candidate should be capable of improving organic rankings, reducing spam score, increasing PA/DA, CTR, and website traffic, while optimizing conversion quality and CPL through detailed analytics tracking.
You will play a key role in building global online visibility for our clients and driving qualified leads through both organic and paid strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap study.
Manage and execute off-page SEO activities, including:
Article submissions
Guest posting
Business listings
Classifieds
Social bookmarking
Forum & Q/A submissions
Web 2.0 blogs
Profile creation
Image, PDF, PPT, and video submissions
Improve Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA), and reduce spam score through ethical link-building practices.
Optimize CTR (Click Through Rate) and reduce bounce rate through better UX, meta optimization, and user flow tracking.
Increase organic traffic by applying the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Google Analytics & Technical Tracking:
Expert in Google Analytics (GA4) — can set up, monitor, and interpret detailed data.
Create and manage custom events, triggers, and tags in Google Tag Manager for advanced traffic tracking.
Identify traffic sources, user behavior flow, page performance, and conversion paths.
Track and report user journey —
“Which traffic came from where, how it engaged, and which pages are converting.”
Analyze and optimize audience segments, bounce trends, and traffic quality.
Google Ads & Performance Marketing:
Plan and execute Google Search, Display, and Video Campaigns globally.
Manage and optimize CPC/CPL, and ensure lead quality and relevance.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages.
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids and strategies to improve ROI.
Use Analytics + Tag Manager to track campaign conversions and user behavior.
Required Skills & Tools:
Expert in:
SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical)
Google Ads & Tag Manager
Google Analytics (GA4)
Search Console & Keyword Planner
Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Ubersuggest
Strong understanding of DA/PA metrics, spam score reduction, and backlink quality analysis.
Experience with lead generation campaigns for global clients.
Analytical mindset with deep understanding of data interpretation & performance improvement.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.
Basic knowledge of WordPress / Elementor for on-page fixes.
Understanding of email automation and remarketing funnels.
Qualifications:
12th pass, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of proven agency experience in digital marketing and SEO.
Strong portfolio showing organic growth, lead generation, and analytics-driven performance.
