Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations. This is a target-based role involving both field sales and inside sales. The candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits. Pitch creative and digital services to businesses and close deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Regularly report on sales pipeline, achievements, and forecasts. Requirements Must have a laptop & Vehicle Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in marketing/digital services). Strong skills in cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about sales growth.
