Job Overview

We are seeking a talented, creative and experienced Digital Marketer with a proven track record in leading creative projects such as advertising campaigns, brand identity development and content creation. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in digital marketing strategies like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads, boost sales and increase subscriptions across a variety of platforms including websites, social media, and mobile apps.
• Conceptualize and execute compelling advertising campaigns, from the creation of brand identity to content, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and deliver results.
• Manage and optimize SEO efforts and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversions.
• Create strategies to effectively market mobile apps, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention using both organic and paid channels.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize digital campaigns, enhance personalization, and improve overall campaign performance.
• Design, develop, and execute content marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and user engagement across various digital channels.
• Plan and deliver personalized email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, retaining customers, and increasing conversions.
• Use digital marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Partner with clients to understand their marketing needs and ensure campaigns align with their business goals, providing regular progress reports and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer, with a strong portfolio of past projects, especially in creative fields like advertising campaigns, brand development, and creative content.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Ahrefs, etc.
• Proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools and automation strategies.
• Creative expertise in campaign development, including design and execution of content and brand identity.
• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and tactics.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with video marketing, influencer collaborations, and creative storytelling.
• Experience with affiliate marketing and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
