Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and online presence for Sharadha Skill Academy. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, SEM, content strategy, social media marketing, analytics, automation, and conversion optimization, along with excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to improve ranking and achieve targeted traffic.
  • Lead Content Marketing initiatives including content planning, creation, and distribution across digital platforms.
  • Drive Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns to build brand engagement and visibility.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Oversee Email Marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Lead, train, and guide the digital marketing team for better productivity and creativity.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, and Digital Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications or related field (preferable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
