Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through networking, online platforms, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present GTM Digital Solution’s digital marketing services to clients, including SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, and website development.
Understand client requirements and create customized digital marketing proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Understanding of Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
