Senior Ecommerce Manager

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Manager with expertise in managing eBay, Amazon, and Walmart marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve rankings, and boost visibility.
• Monitor account health, resolve performance issues, and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Analyze sales reports, inventory performance, and campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Stay updated with marketplace trends, policy changes, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, advertising campaigns, and account management.
• Proficiency in ecommerce tools and software (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc. preferred).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field (preferred).
