We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities across various platforms. The candidate must be an expert in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Google My Business, with a solid understanding of advanced optimization strategies like GEO, AIO, AEO, and SXO.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing campaigns, analyzing data, training team members, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation.
- Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Manage Google My Business (GMB) listings and optimize for local SEO.
- Perform SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical), GEO, AIO, AEO, and SXO activities for better search and voice visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization for websites and blogs.
- Oversee company’s social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Design or edit basic videos and graphics for ads, reels, and social media posts (using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Measure and report performance of all campaigns using Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Business Suite, etc.
- Manage and track ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure consistent branding.
- Train and guide interns or team members in digital marketing concepts and practical execution.
- Stay up to date with AI tools, industry trends, new algorithm updates, and emerging marketing platforms.
- Handle assigned company-related tasks, whether within or outside the digital domain, responsibly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Google My Business optimization and local SEO ranking strategies.
- Deep understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AIO (AI Optimization), SXO (Search Experience Optimization), and GEO (Google Entity Optimization).
- Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to create engaging visual content (images, videos, reels, etc.) for marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and automation tools (like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho).
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of branding, conversion funnels, and remarketing strategies.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
- Google Ads / Meta Ads Certification.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video marketing.
- Familiarity with WordPress / Shopify / Wix for managing websites.
- Experience using AI marketing tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Surfer SEO.
- Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer collaborations.
- Ability to handle marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM-based campaigns.
