Roles of a Project Manager Intern

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects under the guidance of senior managers.
• Act as a point of contact between team members, interns, and management.
• Help in monitoring project progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Support in resource allocation and scheduling of tasks.
• Maintain project-related documentation and reports.
• Participate in team meetings and provide status updates.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve queries and conflicts.

Responsibilities of a Project Manager Intern

• Project Coordination – Organize meetings, share updates, and track deadlines.
• Documentation – Maintain records of project plans, progress reports, and intern performance.
• Communication – Ensure smooth communication between interns, teams, and supervisors.
• Time Management – Monitor timelines and remind the team about important deadlines.
• Problem-Solving – Identify small issues and escalate them to the project manager if needed.
• Reporting – Prepare weekly or daily reports on project status and share with management.
• Team Support – Motivate and guide interns, ensuring they understand their tasks.
