Job Description

Task Robots is a growing digital marketing agency specialising in performance-driven campaigns across India, the US, the UK, and the Middle East markets. We help service-based and e-commerce brands generate quality leads through paid media and automation. We’re now looking for a Paid Lead Generation Specialist who can run, analyse, and optimise ad campaigns that convert.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  • Develop landing pages, lead forms, and ad creatives in collaboration with the design and content team.
  • Optimise campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI, ensuring high-quality lead flow.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Ads Manager dashboards.
  • Set up A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
  • Work with CRM/automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Zapier) to track and nurture leads.
  • Build audience segments using interest, demographic, and lookalike data for both domestic and international markets.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ad trends, policies, and platform updates.


Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion tracking, and pixel setup.
  • Experience with A/B testing, UTM tracking, and GA4.
  • Analytical mindset — ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creative sense for ad copy and audience targeting.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience handling both B2B and B2C lead campaigns.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in paid marketing lead generation.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly, etc.) and email remarketing.
  • Certification in Google or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
