Job Summary: Sakshi Chem Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our digital marketing strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand building in the construction chemicals sector. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads across online channels. SEO & SEM: Manage and optimize company websites, Google Ads, and search engine ranking to improve online visibility and traffic. Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube relevant to construction chemicals. Content Marketing: Develop content calendars, write or coordinate blogs, case studies, product highlights, and industry-specific content. Lead Generation Campaigns: Launch and monitor email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and landing pages focused on dealer/distributor and industrial lead conversion. Website & Analytics: Coordinate with web developers for updates; monitor website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools. CRM & Marketing Automation: Use tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar to automate and track marketing campaigns and customer journeys. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align digital efforts with business goals. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and construction chemical industry demands. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and web analytics tools. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Zoho, or HubSpot.
