Job Brief

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising) aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Lead and manage all aspects of performance marketing, including

    PPC, display advertising, retargeting,

    and paid social media campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO/SEM):

    Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and keyword targeting. Conduct in-depth keyword research and campaign optimization.
  • Content & Social Media:

    Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all digital channels. Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling and attractive online content (e.g., blogs, graphics, videos) for each stage of the customer journey.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs) and providing actionable insights for optimization. Use tools like

    Google Analytics

    and

    Google Ads

  • Budget Management:

    Plan, control, and monitor the digital marketing budget and spending, allocating resources effectively across different channels.
  • Trend Identification:

    Identify the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing industry and evaluate their potential for adoption and implementation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) and external agencies/vendors to ensure marketing messages are consistent and support overarching business goals.
Requirements and Skills
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven working experience (minimum 3-5 years preferred) in digital marketing, with demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Creative & Analytical:

    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are essential.
  • Communication:

    Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to coordinate and collaborate effectively across teams.
