Content and Social Media Specialist

In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, responsible for crafting engaging content and planning our social media presence across various platforms. We're looking for someone who can not only create compelling visuals and copy but also strategize how to best reach and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, create, and manage written and visual content (including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics).
Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to our strategy.
Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content creation skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
