Job Description

About the Role:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads
through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Develop and present compelling sales proposals
and solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals
to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams
to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role
, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in the solar industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
