Job Description

Strategy & Execution:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and boost online presence across platforms. You will plan, implement, and manage performance-driven campaigns, SEO strategies, content marketing, and social media activities in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Create data-backed campaigns for brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Performance Marketing:

  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize ad spend and ROI through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and remarketing strategies.

SEO & Content:

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create compelling blogs, landing pages, and video content.

Social Media & Engagement:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Monitor trends, create viral campaigns, and manage online reputation.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, etc.
  • Provide detailed monthly reports and actionable insights for leadership teams.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and sales teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or LeadSquared.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
