We work across newspapers, radio, outdoor hoardings, digital media, and integrated marketing solutions. We are expanding our digital team and looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join us.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing marketing campaigns managing client social media accounts, planning and , creating engaging content, and delivering measurable growth across platforms. This role requires both creative execution and data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies, including SMO, SMM, and SEO.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and milestones aligned with business and brand goals.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for specific demographics and audience segments.
• Create, shoot, and edit social media content including reels, videos, stories, and creative posts.
• Drive engagement, reach, and brand visibility through organic and paid social media activities.
• Manage and grow client social media handles across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Utilize Meta Business Suite and Google Ads to analyze demographics, audience insights, and power-boost campaigns.
• Analyze digital campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for improved results.
• Coordinate with content, design, and editorial teams to ensure cohesive and consistent marketing output.
• Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta insights, Google Ads analytics, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
• Experience in content creation, video shooting, video editing, and post-production.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Familiarity with SEO, SMO, SMM, and basic AEO concepts.
• Ability to show growth metrics and campaign performance results.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management.
• Strong copywriting skills for social media captions and short scripts.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
