Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a part-time and flexible role (4–5 hours per day) ideal for professionals or creative individuals looking to grow in the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for newspaper ads, hoardings, flyers, and digital campaigns
• Create engaging social media posts, reels visuals, and promotional content
• Work closely with the marketing and client servicing team to develop campaign materials
• Adapt existing designs to various media formats (print, digital, outdoor)
• Contribute fresh design ideas and visual concepts for brand promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience or portfolio of previous design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Canva).
• Good command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Must know Hindi typing for local ad content creation.
• Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of social media marketing visuals.
• Experience in advertising agency setups.
• Photography or video-editing skills.

Working Hours:

• Flexible timing, approx. 4–5 hours per day.
• Hybrid work flexibility may be considered accordingly.
