Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display,Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.). Create performance reports and insights to guide decision-making. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives andlanding pages. Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel,GA4, etc.). Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

: 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven track record of managing campaigns with strong ROAS and/or lead generationresults. Solid understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and analytics. Experience with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and MetaEvents Manager. Ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly. Strong copywriting and creative direction skills a plus. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred. Must have Real Estate industry experience.

Nice to Have:

 Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRO. Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Super metrics, or similar.
