Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and sales goals.

• Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

• Manage and optimize the company’s website and ensure alignment with brand messaging and conversion goals.

• Analyze data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and other platforms to track performance, generate reports, and improve ROI.

• Coordinate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spending effectively.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Oversee influencer marketing and brand collaborations when applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and team management abilities.
