JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, andmanaging comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition,engagement, and retention for DiarchGo. This role requires a strategic thinker withhands-on experience in digital marketing channels and a proven track record in the e-commerce or quick commerce industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Planning: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing
strategy aligned with business objectives - Create annual and quarterly digitalmarketing plans with clear KPIs and budgets - Identify target audiences and developcustomer personas for effective targeting - Stay updated with digital marketing trendsand implement innovative strategiesCampaign Management: - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital
marketing campaigns - Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads,Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms - Develop and implement SEO/SEMstrategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic - Create and manage emailmarketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retentionSocial Media & Content Marketing: - Develop social media strategy and manage
brand presence across all digital platforms - Collaborate with content team to createengaging and relevant content for target audiences - Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach - Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordinglyAnalytics & Performance: - Analyze marketing data and user behavior to optimize
campaigns and improve ROI - Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present insights to management - Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness - Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
Budget & Team Management: - Manage digital marketing budget allocation and track
spending across channels - Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution - Mentor junior marketing team members and provide guidance on best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and customer serviceQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience: - 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record of success - Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred - Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing budgets and teams - Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
Administration, or related field - Digital marketing certifications from Google,Facebook, or other recognized platforms preferred - MBA in Marketing is advantageousTechnical Skills: - Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing - Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems - Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing is a plus
