Job Description: As an Accountant at Pathak Associates you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our financial records. Key Responsibilities: GST Return Filing: Prepare and file GST returns accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and laws. Handle GST audits and assessments. Income Tax Return Filing: Prepare and file individual and corporate income tax returns. Ensure compliance with all income tax regulations. Handle income tax audits and assessments. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and payments. Prepare and file TDS returns. Ensure compliance with TDS regulations and laws. Project Report Preparation: Prepare detailed financial project reports. Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies. Provide insights and recommendations based on the project reports. Tally: Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software. Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping. Generate financial reports and statements using Tally. ROC (Registrar of Companies): Ensure compliance with ROC regulations and filings. Prepare and file necessary documents with the ROC. Handle ROC audits and assessments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, Project Reports, Tally, and ROC compliance. Proficient in Tally software and other accounting software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
