ROC (Registrar of Companies): Ensure compliance with ROC regulations and filings. Prepare and file necessary documents with the ROC. Handle ROC audits and assessments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, Project Reports, Tally, and ROC compliance.
