Job Description

Sennheiser is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to help drive online marketing and end-user conversion, on a temporary basis. In this role you will work very closely with the Sales, e-Commerce, and Marketing team as well as other external stakeholders to drive awareness, e-commerce growth across brands, e-marketplaces and e-retailer platforms to maximize ROI.

Operatively, you work with agencies and internal stakeholders to establish SOW, workflows, standards and systems requirements for a scalable digital marketing strategy, including media buying and content creation, as well as timely campaign reporting and recommendations to optimize campaign performance. This role will report to the Manager of Digital Marketing, Pro Audio and will steer and influence the online marketing direction and business efforts that directly impact Sennheiser commercially in this region.


  • Align with the global marketing calendar and strategies for Pro, Creators, and MI, and develop & execute online marketing and communications strategies tailored to this region
  • Support the e-commerce business unit in achieving annual revenue targets for the region with sustained efforts across all digital marketing channels available
  • Define the media/social objective in line with the segment business & marketing objective, and help manage local social channels where they exist
  • Development of a plan of action on social media for the brand comprising of paid, owned & earned, in line with the brand global strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan (paid, owned & earned), including campaign ideation, content calendar management, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with the PR team to ensure proper alignment and timely posting of influencer-driven content on brand social channels.
  • Conceptualize campaigns for Sennheiser Webshop and monitor and increase efficiency to achieve sales of pro audio products
  • Manage performance-driven paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising) to achieve cost efficiency and ROI optimization.
  • Manage user online experience throughout the consumer decision journey, and ensure integration of relevant digital touchpoints i.e., search, display, social, CRM to Sennheiser e-shops and remarketing
  • Manage digital marketing budgets for this region. Report on digital marketing plans including calendar, investment plan, and key initiatives. Support consolidated global reporting efforts.
  • Communicate and monitor compliance on all brand-related guidelines (e.g., consistency of Online Banners, CI/CD guidelines, Ads, etc.)
  • Manage all agency partners and ensure they are reporting and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Oversee community management: engage with followers, resolve queries, and manage brand reputation across digital platforms.
  • Identify, share and evaluate new trends, technologies & test innovative approaches, optimize spending & performance based on insights, and stay updated on social commerce and platform algorithm changes.
