We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will drive Nexibles digital footprint across markets, leveraging data, creativity and technology to scale awareness, leads and conversions.


Role Purpose

end-to-end digital marketing strategies


Key Responsibilities


  1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute

    comprehensive digital marketing strategies

    aligning with business goals, brand positioning, and campaign objectives.
  • Lead the

    SEO/SEM/AIO/GIO strategy

    to increase organic traffic, brand visibility and search ranking.
  • Design and execute

    integrated online marketing campaigns

    across channels - search, display, social, video and content

2.Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize

    paid campaigns

    (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like

    Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and Data Studio.

  • Drive A/B testing, keyword optimization and landing page effectiveness

3.Social Media & Brand Storytelling

  • Build and execute

    social media strategy

    across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to strengthen Nexibles digital community
  • Develop engaging and brand-aligned

    content calendars

    with the design and creative teams.
  • Partner with business and design leads to create

    thought leadership

    and industry-related storytelling.

4.Website & SEO Ownership

  • Own the website's content, structure and user experience for optimal SEO and lead conversion.
  • Conduct keyword research, backlinking, and on-page optimization to drive traffic quality.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice and visual identity across digital platforms.

5.Analytics, Tools & Insights

  • Measure campaign success using KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, CPC and engagement metrics.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for marketing and sales alignment
  • Stay updated on latest AI-driven marketing tools, industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
  • 5- 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or creative/packaging/design sectors
  • Exposure to branding & creative marketing projects
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics or SEO tools (preferred)
