Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Professional who can take ownership of brand awareness and lead generation through innovative digital strategies. You’ll work closely with an in-house graphic designer and the leadership team to build the digital voice of the organization, crafting campaigns that not only drive traffic and leads but also create awareness about speech, language, and hearing health. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the Brand: Develop and execute digital strategies that strengthen visibility in the health-tech and ed-tech sectors. Social Media Leadership: Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X) with engaging campaigns, awareness posts, reels, and stories. SEO & Website Growth: Optimize the website for search engines, track performance, and enhance user engagement. Paid Campaigns: Plan and run targeted Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads for maximum ROI and qualified lead generation. Awareness Campaigns: Drive digital initiatives around speech delays, stuttering, autism, voice care, and other therapy-related themes—tying campaigns to global observance days like World Hearing Day and Autism Awareness Month. Content Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling and clinically accurate creatives, posts, and ad materials. Email Marketing: Launch email campaigns for parents, educators, and clinicians to build engagement and retention. Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports for continuous improvement. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest in digital marketing and apply fresh, creative approaches tailored to health-tech. What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of SEO, social media management, paid ads, and email marketing. Ability to handle end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and email automation platforms. Passion for health-tech, education, and creating social impact through digital media. Self-driven, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the organization.
