Client Service Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support & Operations Executive to manage customer communication, assist with webinar coordination, handle product-related queries, and support backend operational tasks. This is a dynamic role combining client interaction, calling, chat support, data management, and office assistance. Key Responsibilities Customer & Webinar CommunicationCall existing customers to collect feedback on our services and products. Contact webinar attendees for participation confirmation and support. Provide registration and onboarding assistance via call/chat. Explain and promote products and services to potential or existing clients. Solve basic customer queries or escalate appropriately. Backend & Operational SupportMaintain call logs, prepare Excel data sheets and reports on: Calls made Orders received Orders dispatched Coordinate internally to ensure timely follow-up and delivery. Assist visitors/clients at the office by understanding and guiding them on product/services. Support general office administration and customer walk-ins. Skills & RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English). Comfortable with outbound calls and professional client interaction. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation. Organized, punctual, and proactive in follow-ups. Willingness to multitask and adapt in a startup-like environment. Preferred But Not MandatoryExperience in telecalling, client servicing, or admin support roles (we will guide). Exposure to webinar tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Familiarity with CRM or lead management software.
