Job Description – Graphic Designer Location: Arera Colony, Bhopal Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site About Us We are a dedicated company to create innovative speech therapy products, learning kits, apps, and digital solutions for children and professionals. We design flashcards, therapy kits, packaging, digital tools, and educational resources to make learning engaging and accessible. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through impactful visuals across digital, print, and product design platforms.   Key Responsibilities Product Branding & Packaging: Design packaging for flashcards, therapy kits, and other learning materials. Digital Design: Create engaging social media posts, website graphics, and marketing creatives. Print Design: Develop brochures, flyers, catalogues, and educational material layouts. Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Edit short product videos, reels, and promotional clips with simple animations. Photography & Studio Work: Shoot and edit product images in our in-house studio. Illustration: Develop original illustrations and use stock resources creatively when needed. Collaborate closely with the team to translate feedback into polished designs. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.   Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva). Strong sense of visual design, typography, and color theory. Ability to handle both digital and print design projects. Photography & photo-editing skills (experience with studio setups preferred). Knowledge of basic motion graphics/video editing for social media. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Minimum Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
