You’ll work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to build, test, and scale profitable digital channels. 🔧 Key Responsibilities1. Performance MarketingRun and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube Track and improve CPL, CAC, ROAS metrics Launch campaigns for new product launches & regional targeting 2. Website & Landing OptimizationBuild or coordinate high-conversion landing pages A/B test CTAs, copy, creatives, and forms 3. CRM & Marketing AutomationManage and automate WhatsApp, Email, and Retargeting Integrate Meta Leads → CRM / Sheets → WhatsApp flows 4. Analytics & ReportingSetup & monitor GA4, Meta Pixel, Hotjar Weekly dashboards for leads, conversions, spend, ROAS 5. SEO & Organic GrowthExecute on-page SEO strategies Own Google My Business, content briefs, and basic YouTube SEO 6.
