About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience in planning, executing and scaling performance-driven campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused and well-versed in running paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, ensuring performance marketing efforts align with business goals such as lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, plan, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms:

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Programmatic and Remarketing.

Lead full-funnel performance marketing efforts including audience targeting, media buying, A/B testing, budget optimization and conversion tracking.

Own campaign setup, daily performance monitoring and continuous optimization to meet KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, CR%, ROAS and LTV.

Conduct in-depth performance analysis using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio and other marketing dashboards to drive actionable insights.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages and conversion assets.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes and emerging digital ad technologies to keep campaigns competitive and cost-effective.


Requirements:

4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first or growth-driven environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn and Affiliate marketing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager and attribution modeling.

Deep understanding of paid media metrics, audience segmentation and bidding strategies.

Experience in building and managing media plans with defined budgets and ROI targets.

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (design, SEO, content, tech).

Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.

Experience in managing eCommerce or lead-gen campaigns.

Knowledge of tools like GTM, Hotjar, SEMrush or Ahrefs is a plus.
