Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager / Campaign Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including:
  • Digital campaigns
  • SEO, SEM
  • Social Media Marketing
  • SMS and WhatsApp Marketing
  • Deploy performance marketing campaigns focused on quality lead generation for individual projects.
  • Liaise with external digital marketing agencies, evaluate their technical performance, and ensure ROI.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize social media platforms and content strategy.
  • Plan, monitor, and control campaign budgets; validate ad spend billing.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of lead flow and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate performance reports for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate closely with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to website traffic, campaigns, and target audience behavior.
  • Identify emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the real estate industry.
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies with the marketing team.
  • Manage website content updates and develop new landing pages to support campaigns.
  • Ensure successful design and execution of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Meta (Facebook) Ads
  • SEM / Google Ads
  • Social Media Marketing
  • WhatsApp and Email Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of website management, content creation, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as

    Salesforce, Sell.Do, LeadSquared

  • Ability to handle API integrations and troubleshoot lead flows from:

  • WhatsApp
  • CRM systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
