Job Summary:

Aveda Ayur is looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our in-house marketing team in Mohali. If you're passionate about Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and performance marketing — and you know how to drive ROI through data-driven campaigns — we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance — focusing on CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements for maximum efficiency.
• Create ad copy and collaborate with the design team to produce engaging visuals.
• A/B test creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and platform updates.
• Align campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategy.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in PPC advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads).
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, audience targeting, and remarketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications
• Experience with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Unbounce)
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms

Pay: ₹16,707.14 - ₹35,789.97 per month
