Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Manager to join our Digital Media Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and execute effective digital strategies to drive growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Oversee content creation and distribution across various digital channels. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
