Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and drive the future branding and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will focus on building a strong online presence, executing performance-driven campaigns, and enhancing the company’s brand image across all digital platforms. This role is centered on strategy, performance, and brand development, not on day-to-day content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Branding & Strategy

  • Develop and implement long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth vision.
  • Drive the company’s digital brand positioning through creative and data-driven initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding brand visibility and market reach.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Optimize digital advertising performance to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.

Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website updates to ensure consistency with brand identity and optimal user experience.
  • Plan and guide SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search rankings.
  • Analyze site traffic and user behavior to suggest improvements.

Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor and report key performance metrics across all digital channels.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to make data-backed decisions.
  • Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovation.
  • Recommend initiatives to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand development, or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital brand building and audience targeting.
