MEP Supervisor

Job description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor to oversee the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP installations meet industry standards, project timelines, and safety regulations. This role involves close collaboration with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at construction sites. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors for smooth MEP integration. Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications to ensure compliance with project standards. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety. Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works. Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist in procurement and vendor management. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 2-4 years of experience in MEP execution in building/construction projects Familiarity with relevant MEP codes and local building standards Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in construction?
