Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems within a healthcare facility. Your role will involve supervising a team of technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a hospital setting is essential, along with familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
