Night Supervisor - Hospital

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth functioning of all the departments during night Shift including handling emergency situations.
• Periodic rounds to check and facilitate smooth functioning of all the services during their respective shift.
• Coordinating with doctors and other staff whenever required to facilitate efficient and smooth functioning of the hospital
• Coordinating with various departments of the hospital for speedy & better services to the patients i.e. Housekeeping, F&B, overseeing the billing process, Maintenance etc.
• Address any patient grievance & counselling as per situation.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS office suite.
• Mandatory relevant experience of atleast 5 years as MOD in hospitals.
