The company's vision is to maximize value for clients through reliable and efficient management solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Supervisor role located in Kochi. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site activities, conducting inspections, managing facility operations, and maintaining building systems. Responsibilities also include coordinating with teams to ensure plumbing systems and overall building maintenance meet the highest standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Site Supervision and Site Inspections Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance Knowledge of Plumbing systems and related maintenance Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage teams and ensure timely completion of tasks Relevant certification or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing fields is preferred Prior experience in property management services will be an added advantage
