Experience: 7–10 Years

Industry: Luxury Villa / High-End Residential Projects

Qualification:

• ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Additional certification in PHE services will be an advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – MEP to oversee electrical works for luxury villa projects. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in supervising electrical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. Exposure to plumbing works is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical works at site for luxury villa projects
• Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work
• Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor daily site activities, work progress, and material usage
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems before handover
• Coordinate with civil, plumbing, and other services teams to avoid clashes
• Identify and resolve site-related electrical issues promptly
• Maintain daily work reports and assist in project documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems (HT/LT, lighting, power, ELV)
• Experience in luxury villa or high-end residential projects is mandatory
• Good understanding of site coordination and supervision
• Basic knowledge of plumbing/PHE systems is an added advantage
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 7–10 years of relevant site supervision experience
• Proven track record in luxury villa or premium residential projects
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
