MEP Supervisor

Role Objective: We are looking for a qualified MEP Engineer with complete electrician knowledge to manage, execute, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in our real estate projects. The role demands both engineering-level planning and hands-on execution skills, ensuring that electrical systems are installed, tested, and maintained effectively, while also coordinating HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting works. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Works Design, review, and implement electrical layouts, load calculations, and distribution systems. Carry out and supervise electrical wiring, cabling, conduit laying, earthing, and panel installations. Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, load balancing, and energy efficiency standards. Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, control systems, and other electrical components in buildings and project sites. MEP Coordination Review MEP drawings and integrate electrical requirements with HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Liaise with architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution. Inspect, test, and commission MEP installations. Prepare material requirements and ensure proper usage of resources. Project Supervision & Compliance Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost control. Conduct site inspections, snag identification, and rectification. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Maintain project documentation, reports, and handover files.   Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 4–8 years of experience in MEP execution with strong hands-on electrician skills. Proven track record in real estate, residential, or commercial building projects. Certified in electrical installation, safety, or relevant trade will be an added advantage. Key Competencies: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Ability to lead and train electricians and technical teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools preferred. Problem-solving mindset with attention to safety, quality, and deadlines.
