MEP Supervisor

As an Electrical Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of electrical projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Verifying BOQ received from Design Department and ensuring that all electrical materials are available as mentioned. Reporting any discrepancies. - Preparing and placing purchase requests of electrical materials with respective quantities as per the electrical layout and site requirement to the supervisor for placing order to purchase dept. - Coordinating with the purchase dept. for material delivery and overseeing the correct usage of materials. - Checking electrical drawing and executing electrical works as per the drawings. Explaining the contractor the way to do the work. - Supervising electrical work and coordinating with site engineers for site work and material delivery. - Coordinating electrical work during the inauguration of new stores and carrying out plans for electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems. - Taking final electrical measurements with the contractor after completion of work to ensure compliance with company and industry guidelines. - Preparing electrical load details according to the drawing, finalizing ups and DG capacity as per the load. - Acting as an electrical inspectorate of MGD project works and conducting liaising with KSEB department. - Checking electrical bills with rate and site certification. - Being responsible for electrical maintenance work at the site by reviewing blueprints or technical diagrams. - Troubleshooting electrical issues with the appropriate utilization of relevant testing devices. - Performing joint measurement of work and verifying contractors" execution bills to oversee proper completion of work.
