Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Himachal Pradesh, India, for an MEP Supervisor. In this position, the MEP Supervisor will oversee site supervision tasks, conduct regular inspections, and ensure the maintenance and operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The role also involves managing facility operations, supervising building maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in site supervision and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Proficiency in managing facility operations and overseeing effective facility management (FM) practices.
Technical expertise in plumbing systems and building maintenance.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with teams and contractors.
Qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes is highly advantageous.
